Kinky Staff is an Agency, all cleaning, waitress, waiter and barmaid services etc are provided by self employed persons (staff), our aim is to obtain as many stasified customers and service providers for everyone mutal benefit.

Kinky Staff are for entertainment purposes and not sexual services. Inappropriate sexual contact will not be tolerated and any client and staff sexual interaction is not permitted. Anyone involved in inappropriate contact or threating behaviour will be subject to the full extent of the law in the United Kingdom.

Kinky Staff Terms & Conditions

Payment and Refunds

• There will be no charge for a booking enquiry. However upon agreement of price date and time of a Kinky Staff Service a deposit will be payable of 20% by Credit Card. On successful completion of this Card transaction your booking will be confirmed and the remaining 80% will become payable on the day the service is due to be performed.
  
  
• You Can pay the Full amount (100%) by credit card if requested 30 days in advance of service date, otherwise the standard 20% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the remaining 80% is payable on the day before the service starts in cash to the service provider.
  
  
• All Credit card transactions are descreet and will not contain the words kinky Staff or naked cleaning services but may contain RHW Enterprises Entertainment Service or similar wording.
  
  
• Deposits are not refundable expect in exceptional circumstances this will be at Kinky Staffs descretion, rescheduling is possible if you contact us immediatley and at least 2 working days in advance of original service date.(working days are defined as Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm), if notice is less than this additional charges may become payable and these will be no more than 25% of the original service cost of the service. ie. Total cost of rescheduled service will be 125% of the normal service if less than two working days notice of change has been given.
  
  
• If the service is cancelled completly and there is two working days or less before the service was due to take place an additional cancellation charge of 30% will become paybale, Cancellation 7 working days prior will be subject to a cancellation fee of 25%, cancelation with more than 7 working days and less than 31 days left before service is due will result of a cancelation charge of 10% being applied, cancellation with more than 31 days before service due will result in just the deposit not being refunded



• In the event of inappropriate behaviour of any kind and the service being terminated early no refund will be given. inappropriate behaviour is sexual advances, threating behaviour and taking of images or Video of the cleaners barmaids, waitress or any Kinky Staff without permission or appropriate fee.
  
  
• Special Terms maybe agreed for events that require more than 3 services being requested, or at Large events (public/ corporate style events, more than one person/ couple present during service)pricing and terms have to be agreed outside of these conditions not all service providers will wish to attend large events. The Service

• Our staff will not clean ovens, unblock toilets or drains or perform any cleaning work that will leave them looking or feeling dirty and smelling undesirable! Our cleaners do not work in the garden.
• Outside cleaning/ waiter /waitress is available subject to the outdoor area being completley private above 20 degrees celsius and dry. In the vent that the temperature is warm enough but the weather is wet and subject to the service providers availability a see through mac maybe availble otherwise the service would have to continue indoors or be terminated early without a refund, check your service provider before booking if they will provide see through plastic mac in event of rain for outside services.
  
  
• Photography or any other hidden recording devices may not be used without permission and the payment of the appropriate fee to the service provider and must be for personal use only, unless a model package has been provided and invidual terms and conditions agreed for modelling work.

• Note all Kinky Staff will be accompanied by a minder for protection, it is the service providers responsability to ensure they have a suitable minder/ driver available, we maybe able to provide details of suitable drivers/ minders on request. The location of the minder maybe on or outside your premises and may vary dependant on your service provider.



• Large events (more than 3 services required, public/ corporate style events, more than one person/ couple present during service)pricing and terms have to be agreed outside of these conditions not all service providers will wish to attend large events.

Clients Conduct

• You must be over the age of 21, if we have any doubts you will be asked to prove your age.
  
  
• Nobody under the age of 21 should be present in your home whilst your cleaner/massage therapist/barmaid is on your premises.
  
  
• Our services are only performed in a private office/domestic/indoor situation and with no more than one person observing. Outdoor bookings will be considered as long as area is completely private and weather above 20 degrees celsius.Only exception to this is couple bookings where two partners can observe. Should you require more than one person to be there, please state in advance as this may or may not be possible depending on cleaner taking the booking.Massage bookings are strictly one on one or couples only.
  
  
• Clothes must be worn by all persons excpet service providers whilst our cleaners are in your home. Only exception to this is when you book other services such as naturist massage.
  
  
• All persons present must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during your cleaners visit.
  
  
• Our cleaners will not clean ovens, unblock toilets or drains or perform any cleaning work that will leave them looking or feeling dirty and smelling undesirable! Our cleaners do not work in the garden, remember the service you booked and do not ask for a service change during the visit.

• No physical contact is permitted; if contact is made in a sexual or threatening manner your cleaner or massage therapist will leave immediately and no refunds will be made.
  
  
• All bookings undertaken will assume you have read these terms and agree to them and any other terms the service provider has stated on their profile.
