Kinky Staff is an Agency, all cleaning, waitress, waiter and barmaid services etc are provided by self employed persons (staff), our aim is to obtain as many stasified customers and service providers for everyone mutal benefit.

Kinky Staff are for entertainment purposes and not sexual services. Inappropriate sexual contact will not be tolerated and any client and staff sexual interaction is not permitted. Anyone involved in inappropriate contact or threating behaviour will be subject to the full extent of the law in the United Kingdom.
- Completing The Booking Form does not commit you to a booking, bookings are confirmed when a booking fee has been taken.
- Booking fees will be charged at 20% of the hourly rate for that service x the number of hours x the number of staff, booking fees will be taken over the phone and processed by our payment processor. Your card details will subsequently be destroyed
- The remaining service fees must be paid in cash to the service provider on arrival and before they change to provide the service
- There is no touching of staff, or asking staff to touch or play with themselves, they are there to clean or perform within the booked roles only
- Videos and photography can only be taken if agreed with the service provider and the agreed fee paid, note all images and recordings are for personal use only the redistribution of the images is strictly forbidden unless you have been given redistribution rights.
- You must be aged 21 or over, you maybe asked by the service provider for proof of age on arrival.
- The service provider maybe accompanied by a minder who wishes to remain inside the property during the service, failiure to comply with the request will result in no service being provided, other minders may wish to remain outside the property during the service

- Kinky Staff arrange the bookings and take a booking fee nominaly 20%, note you work for yourself and are required to complete your own tax return and ensure your own safety.
- Service Providers should have a minder if providing a service on their own
- Currently minders on our books are available in the Manchester area only, outside of this area you must provide your own. If kinky staff take a reduced booking fee then the minders are charged at a rate of £12 per hour, otherwise they are charges at £6 per hour, payable before the service starts. If you hire your own minder you are advised that you must pay them at least the national minimum wage
- You are not permitted to touch the client or indeed play with yourself for the client, you can provide them view good views of yourself whilst perfoirming light duties around the premises only. You may wish to allow the client to take personal pictures or video, you should agree this and provide the client with a consent form that clearly states what pictures they can take and that they are for their own personbal use, you may also request a copy of all pictures and videos taken.

- Kinky staff is a booking agent only and you are not employed in any way by Kinkystaff, kinky staff is run by an individual and not a registered company.
- Kinky Staff is a means of finding service providers work, and as such is responsible for advertising the services available and co-ordinating bookings.
- Agreements for services are between service providers and clients and not Kinky Staff
- Bookings with respect to service level the number of service providers, locations and hours of service are agreed between Kinky Staff the client and service provider, a booking fee is taken which is 20% of the hourly rate x the number of hours x the number of staff, the remainder is paid directly to the service provider in cash before starting the service. Once the booking is agreed and boking fee taken it is between the client and the service provider to make sure the service is completed professionally.
- Kinky Staff website does not currently use cookies to function. All details submitted in the course of arranging bookings and details of service providers remains confidetial and they are not distributed to anyone else outside of Kinkys Staff without approval first by the persons concerned. - To ensure security of your card details, details will be taken down during a phone conversation and then processed, when the trnsaction is usccesful your card details will be destroyed, if you card was not accepted your details will be destroyed and we will contact you to let you know.
